Rewire wins DB Mindbox Challenge

Deutsche Bahn, or DB, Germany’s national railway operator, is struggling with toxic customer feedback. As part of the DB Mindbox Challenge, they invited start-ups to pitch their solutions for this problem. Rewire’s Co-Founder and CTO Paul travelled to Berlin for the finals and pitched our tech. He convinced the jury of DB stakeholders, and Rewire was named winner of the DB Mindbox Challenge!

What’s next?

From October, Rewire will develop a custom solution for DB and their toxic customer feedback, based on our best-in-class Rewire API. The goal is to empower DB to protect their staff and tackle toxicity while extracting actionable insights from the feedback. Rewire will work closely with DB for a 100-day project phase, and build from there!
